Here are my top five favorite anime battles:

5. Zoe vs. Ranamon (Digimon Frontier) - One of my favorite "Digi-catfights"; they had three battles, and Zoe won all of them... thanks to the spirits Kazemon and Zephyrmon!

4. Ash vs. Misty (Pokemon) - I recently started re-watching the Kanto episodes of Pokemon, since it's my favorite season of the series and it brings my childhood back to me. Ahhh... it was so long ago...

3. Yami Yugi vs. Yami Marik (Yu-Gi-Oh!) - although I like Marik vs. Mai better, this battle is just as awesome as that and Marik vs. Joey. Marik is a talented yet insane duelist, and I love him regardless of how crazy he can be. His freaky faces, his evil laughs, and just looking at him makes me go major gaga over him.

2. Angewomon vs. LadyDevimon (Digimon Adventure) - another one of my favorite "Digi-catfights"; these two female Digimon kicked major ass, but I always sticked with Angewomon ever since I was a kid watching the episode. No wonder why angelic fighters always triumph over devilish ones!

1. Takuya vs. Mercurymon (Digimon Frontier) - after seeing Aldamon for the first time, I called him "my hero" and he made my heart melt with pure love. He defeated Mercurymon with his two best attacks Ever since, I have always liked Takuya and his spirits of fire, and I will always be his fangirl no matter what.
