Tsubaki Hachimitsu and Sailor Blue Moon

Behold, my first Sailor Moon OC! Say hello to Tsubaki Hachimitsu, a pigtailed black-haired, brown-eyed schoolgirl who is known as Sailor Blue Moon!
Tsubaki's own adventures as Sailor Blue Moon will take place about ten years after Sailor Moon's victory over Sailor Galaxia, and she will even have her own Sailor Scouts team!

Her first transformation phrase: "Blue Moon Prism Power! Make-Up!" (she can say it without the "make up" as well)
