Twisted OCs: Carla

The entire Twisted OCs collection is inspired by the Twisted Disney collections done by jeftoon01 and Kasami-Sensei.

The fourth OC to be twisted is my Darkwing Duck OC Carla Rosewater, who is known as the Black Swan.

Story: After joining the Fearsome Five, Carla Rosewater is named the Black Swan by Negaduck, the leader of the meanacing criminal orginization with a strong hatred towards Darkwing Duck. Their goal is to destroy him for good and take over the city of St. Canard and eventually the entire world. She promises to help them achieve it, no matter how many times she will attempt to defeat Darkwing. She has succeeded the first time, by using her psychic powers on him and leaving him in a mentally traumatized state. Black Swan even sends him to the same mental institution where she first met Negaduck after killing two inmates who tormented her and a doctor who brought up the accidental deaths of her parents while trying to help her.
Black Swan learns that Darkwing Duck has overcome the nightmares and hallucinations she gave him, and that his sidekick Launchpad McQuack has released him from the mental institution. A dark feeling of anger grows within her, and it burns as strong as a bonfire on a summer's night as her sapphire blue eyes shift into red, swan-like ones and they glow a bright purple aura. With a powerful blast of fire she summons, Black Swan burns down the mental institution, taking the lives of the many inmates, security guards, and doctors who are still inside.
"I'll make you pay, Darkwing Duck and Launchpad McQuack," she says darkly, "for ruining the Fearsome Five's plan to destroy you both and claim the entire city of St. Canard as theirs. I'll help them stop you... with my power."
With that said, Black Swan takes out her scalpel as she grins wickedly at the blazing building and the people who had tormented her during her stay as an inmate, and she then proceeds to the St. Canard Natural Museum. At the same time, however, Darkwing and Launchpad are already there, safeguarding a very important artifact: a sacred ruby with the ability to double one's strength, agility, and power. They meet up with a security guard who is also sent on night watch to protect the jewel, and interview him about the ruby's legend. While they are talking with the guard, Black Swan has slain three other security guards, who were sent to stop her from breaking into the museum, with her psychic abilities. She is hidden within the shadows of the darkened hallway as she ascends toward the opening of the ruby's exhibition room, and then she spots the crime-fighting duo and the guard. With a sinister smile forming on her face, she teleports herself right behind the guard, takes control of his body with her telekinesis, and turns him to dust, horrifying Darkwing and Launchpad.
"Now, you're next!" she snarls, her red swan-like eyes glowing purple once again and taking control of them. She swings them all around her and sends them crashing into the wall with a powerful force. As the paralyzed duo quiver in fear and their eyes widen in horror, Black Swan takes out her scalpel and transforms it into a scythe with her psychic powers.
"Off with their heads...," she says to them, a wicked smile forming on her face as she proceeds towards them...

I have had trouble coming up with a good story before this one due to a writer's block, but nevertheless, enjoy it and this awesome picture!
